Torque compensation device "Cam Balancer"
Completely offset variable torque! Residual vibrations are reduced, and positioning adjustment time is shortened.
The "Cam Balancer" is a torque compensation device designed to be mounted on the input shaft of a cam-type indexing device (Sundex). It improves the output characteristics such as input characteristics from the motor to the input shaft and positioning accuracy, bringing the indexing operation closer to an ideal state. It was developed with the aim of completely offsetting variable torque, which is considered to be a common cause of backlash and rotational irregularities in the input drive system. Essentially, a spring-type torque compensation device is adopted, and a significant feature is the ability to set two notch values for the offset torque. 【Features】 ■ Cam shaft torque is standardized, resulting in reduced peak torque. ■ Peak current is reduced, allowing for the miniaturization of the drive motor. ■ There is less influence from backlash and deflection in the input system. ■ Rotational irregularities of the cam shaft are reduced, leading to a smaller backlash coefficient. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
